Malcolm Giladjian was born in Dover 1953 and was brought up and educated in Woking, Surrey. In 1988-90 Malcolm studied art and architectural design at Brook House. He studied colour and landscapes in Central France: Cher, the region of Berry and the Loire. He went on to study and paint with Dennis Perrot. He now lives in Dorset, where he continues to produce impressionistic artwork.
