Kit Glaisyer's mesmerising cinematic landscape paintings bring a contemporary twist to the traditional genre of the romantic landscape. Most of his paintings take six to eight months to create, built up using multiple glazes of oil on canvas or flax to capture the subtle light and sublime character of this unique corner of the West Country.
This book contains a collection of 65 paintings, with 13 early works and 52 cinematic landscape paintings created between 2005 and 2021 at Kit's various studios in Bridport, West Dorset.
