Refund policy
Sou’- Sou’- West Art Gallery and Shop Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We are confident you’ll be delighted with your acquisition, but if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! If you wish to return your artwork, you have 14 days to notify us after receiving your item, following which you will have a further 14 days in which to return the item. You can exchange your product for a SSW Gift Voucher of the same value, choose a different product, or request a refund to your original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original packaging, with the order number from your receipt
- Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them (i.e. have no visible signs of damage, wear or use)
- If you require a refund and return after the 28 day period, you must liaise directly with the artist or designer maker who created the work.
If you are unable to return the item to the SSW Shop, you can initiate a return or exchange by email or telephone. Please complete the following steps:
- Email phil@lymebayarts.co.uk or telephone 01308 301326.
- Please provide full details of the artwork you wish to return or exchange, including title of work and artist’s name.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to:
- Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it
- We will process your refund, replacement product, or gift voucher, within 48 hours of us receiving your returned item (immediately if returned in-store)
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping fees
- If your items were lost or damaged during shipping, please contact phil@lymebayarts.co.uk or telephone 01308 301326 as soon as you can
