Caroline Parrott

Caroline graduated from Bournemouth University in 2010 with a First Class Honours degree in Applied Art and Design, she began working in her chosen medium of anodised aluminium in 2007.
She hand prints with her own unique designs cut into small printing blocks using a lino cutter. She then dyes using industrial anodising dyes and powder paints to vibrant effect to create a range of contemporary jewellery and interior and exterior accents and sculptures.
She takes her inspiration from a broad number of sources. The jewellery collection she has been developing over the past few years continues to grow, following inspiration from regular trips to her favourite county of Cornwall, where Caroline likes to explore as many coves as she can along the stunning South West Coast Path, often saturating her walking boots in sea water as she goes. Many of her hikes have an impact on Caroline’s colour choices, the blue hues of the coast and sky in sun as well as storms, as well as the pinks, purples and greens of the flora and fauna along the cliff paths.
