Bridport Art Society

This is an annual exhibition at the Sou-Sou-West gallery which celebrates the creativity of our members and gives the opportunity for expressions of that creativity through a wealth of original work including painting, drawing, print making, sculpture and 3D artwork.

Bridport Art Society is a friendly group which welcomes artists of all levels and experience. It is a non-profit making body established in 1956/7 whose aim is to encourage interest in and practice of the visual arts. We welcome new members not just from Bridport but across West Dorset and even further afield. 

We provide an extensive programme of events with meetings, demonstrations, workshops, talks, informal painting sessions, exhibitions and occasional group outings. There is a strong social aspect to our gatherings!
